If you’re coming from the Westlake Lake or Westlake Plaza area, the drive is direct: Westlake Boulevard north to Thousand Oaks Boulevard, then west. The office is around the corner from Los Robles Regional Medical Center.

Our accredited in-office surgical suite is set up for IV sedation and general anesthesia, administered by Dr. Vakilian and a dedicated anesthesia team. Most procedures — including same-day implants and full-arch reconstruction — are completed without ever leaving the office.
