We serve Camarillo from our office at 115 Jensen Court in Thousand Oaks, a 15–20 minute drive east on US-101. Our two specialists — a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and a board-certified periodontist — provide wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, periodontal care, and IV sedation in an accredited in-office surgical suite.
Getting to our office from Camarillo
US-101 eastbound is the direct route — exit at Lynn Road, then a short drive on Thousand Oaks Boulevard. Allow 15–20 minutes off-peak. If you’re coming from Las Posas or Camarillo Springs, the trip is largely freeway.
The office is just off Thousand Oaks Boulevard, near Los Robles Regional Medical Center and the Civic Arts Plaza, with free on-site parking.

Two specialists, one office. Dr. Pouya Vakilian (DMD, MD) is a dual-degree, board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon trained at Harvard. Dr. Neema Bak (DDS, PhD) is a board-certified periodontist. Working together in the same building means coordinated surgical and periodontal care — fewer referrals, less back-and-forth, faster treatment.
Our accredited in-office surgical suite is set up for IV sedation and general anesthesia, administered by Dr. Vakilian and a dedicated anesthesia team. Most procedures — including same-day implants and full-arch reconstruction — are completed without ever leaving the office.
