Most Agoura Hills patients take US-101 west, exit Lynn Road or Westlake Boulevard, and follow Thousand Oaks Boulevard the short remaining distance. Plan for 12–18 minutes off-peak.
If you’re coming from Whizin Market Square or Kanan Road, the 101 westbound is direct. Free on-site parking at the office, just off Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Our accredited in-office surgical suite is set up for IV sedation and general anesthesia, administered by Dr. Vakilian and a dedicated anesthesia team. Most procedures — including same-day implants and full-arch reconstruction — are completed without ever leaving the office.
