Serving Calabasas from Thousand Oaks
We serve Calabasas from our office at 115 Jensen Court in Thousand Oaks, a 18–25 minute drive west on US-101 depending on traffic. Our two specialists — a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and a board-certified periodontist — provide wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, periodontal care, and IV sedation in an accredited in-office surgical suite.
Getting to our office from Calabasas
The most direct route is US-101 westbound to the Lynn Road exit, then a short drive on Thousand Oaks Boulevard. Plan for 18–25 minutes off-peak; longer during the morning rush. We schedule appointments to avoid commute windows whenever we can.
Coming from The Commons at Calabasas or Mulholland Drive, the 101 westbound is straightforward. The office is around the corner from Los Robles Regional Medical Center with free on-site parking.

What we treat
Calabasas patients come to us for the full range of oral and maxillofacial surgery, dental implants, and periodontal care — from wisdom teeth to full-arch reconstruction.
Why patients choose us
Two specialists, one office. Dr. Pouya Vakilian (DMD, MD) is a dual-degree, board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon trained at Harvard. Dr. Neema Bak (DDS, PhD) is a board-certified periodontist. Working together in the same building means coordinated surgical and periodontal care — fewer referrals, less back-and-forth, faster treatment.
Our accredited in-office surgical suite is set up for IV sedation and general anesthesia, administered by Dr. Vakilian and a dedicated anesthesia team. Most procedures — including same-day implants and full-arch reconstruction — are completed without ever leaving the office.
