At Oaks Oral Surgery & Periodontics, patient safety and comfort are central to every procedure. Our surgeons have extensive hospital-based anesthesia training in both adult and pediatric patient care and are uniquely qualified to provide the full spectrum of office-based anesthesia, from local anesthesia to IV sedation and general anesthesia.

Every procedure is performed in an accredited surgical suite with continuous monitoring, advanced emergency preparedness, and strict safety protocols.

Local Anesthesia

Numbs the specific area being treated while you remain fully awake. Used for routine procedures and for patients who prefer to stay alert.

IV Sedation

You sleep comfortably through the procedure with little to no awareness, memory, or sensation of treatment. Administered with continuous monitoring throughout.

For more complex cases, patients are fully asleep and completely unconscious throughout the procedure. Performed in our surgical suite with the same monitoring as a hospital outpatient unit.
